Who we are

WoodySpy ("we," "us," "our") operates this website to sell discreet cameras and related accessories direct to consumers, and to support wholesale/OEM inquiries.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you intend to use any product lawfully — see our Compliance & Responsible Use guide.

Products & pricing

• Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude shipping, taxes, and import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, and photos accurate, but minor variations between batches are possible.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to limit order quantities, at our discretion.
• Some models are restricted from sale in certain regions by the manufacturer or by local law; it is your responsibility to confirm a product is legal to import and use where you live.

Orders & payment

Checkout is processed by PayPal. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept that offer when your PayPal payment is confirmed. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion — for example, on suspicion of fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions — and will refund any payment already received.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the shipping carrier. See our Refund Policy for lost or damaged shipments.

Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content for resale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

This site and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoodySpy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website, including any misuse of a product in violation of applicable recording or privacy laws. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
