Orders of $60 or more ship free. Orders under $60 pay a flat $6.99 shipping fee. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay with PayPal.
WoodySpy ships to international customers. We do not currently serve visitors from mainland China, and some models are marked "Region-restricted" on their product page — those are not offered for domestic sale in mainland China.
Delivery time depends on your country and the carrier used. We don't publish a fixed number of days because it varies by destination and customs processing. Contact us with your country and the model you want, and we'll give you an estimate before you order.
Prices exclude import duties, VAT and other local taxes. These are set by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check what applies in your country before ordering.
After your order ships we email you the order status. If you'd like an update at any time, email sales@woodyspy.com or message us on WhatsApp.
If your parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund & Return Policy for how we handle replacements and refunds.
